Nicholas Wylde considers the most important part of any business is the service provided to every customer. The same level of service should be extended whether a customer has a piece of costume jewellery to be repaired or is looking to buy the perfect engagement ring.

Our mission is also to strive to provide clients with an outstanding original item of jewellery, different from pieces available elsewhere. We want to provide an enjoyable shopping experience to match the happy occasion for which many are buying for, simply “A day to remember”.

To become the “family” jeweller is a goal for Nicholas. It may start with the engagement ring, leading to the wedding, christening and then special 18th or 21st birthdays. Having traded now for many years, Nicholas endeavours to build on his reputation and loyalty to his customers.  Nicholas and his experienced team do strive to please each client every time they visit.
