Creating something totally new from unworn pieces of jewellery is something we love doing here at Nicholas Wylde. We can make literally anything according to the wishes of clients, using precious metals and gemstones from their old jewellery and igniting the imagination to create something fresh and unique.
Often the pieces we create are jaw-droppingly beautiful, as was the case for a diamond multi-stone necklace; designed by our Bath jewellery designer India.
The happy client, Kathy wrote to us:
“Having bought jewellery from Nicholas Wylde in the past, I knew where to go when I wanted something special made. I had some pieces of jewellery that I no longer wore and some that had broken. I made an appointment with India their jewellery designer and that’s where my beautiful necklace started to come to life. India was very patient and very helpful and eventually she produced the design which was to become my necklace. All the diamonds I had brought along were to be used to create something original and to my taste. When I received the telephone call to say it was ready I was actually excited and nervous. What if I didn’t like it? When India opened the case and I saw it, it far exceeded my expectations – it is absolutely stunning. I love it and so does my daughter who can’t wait to borrow it! Thanks to India and Nicholas and the whole team who have provided me with a very special piece of jewellery, which is both unique and beautiful.”
