Mrs Parsons came to see us following our very successful sapphire event. Her husband and daughter had greatly enjoyed Nicholas’ talk, however as she was unable to attend, she came to see a member of our design team the following week to view the huge range of beautiful sapphires we were holding, with a view to selecting one for a bespoke commission.
She came to see us with a fully formed design in mind – a snowdrop in white and rose gold, which was to be as realistic as possible. After perusing our stunning selection of coloured sapphires she chose a beautiful oval pink-bronze sapphire, which complemented the rose gold elements of the design perfectly. Mrs Parsons had the idea that the sapphire would be delicately held by the petals within the form of the snowdrop itself. Our talented goldsmith Peter did a fantastic job following our design perfectly, creating this exquisite snowdrop pendant.
Mrs Parsons collected her spectacular pendant on her birthday, just in time for a special celebration. We hope she enjoys wearing it, and we wish her a very happy birthday!
We are currently proceeding with quite a different design for Mrs Parson’s daughter, Helen, which is due to be ready for Christmas. Watch this space!
