Titanium

Titanium is not a noble precious metal like gold, silver and platinum but its popularity as a metal for jewellery has increased in recent years. It is extremely lightweight and hard wearing and is so chemically inert that it is used to make surgical implants. Titanium is difficult to work with because of its very high melting point and the need for tools which are more hard wearing than the metal itself. We stock a small range of titanium wedding rings but we cannot size rings in the same way as we can with rings made from other metals.
