Natural Diamonds vs Laboratory-Grown – read all about it in The Bath Magazine & The Bristol Magazine!

Front cover of The Bath Magine with the headline "Diamonds Are Forever"

Hot on the heels of our Wylde’s World Of Diamonds events in November & December, Nicholas was delighted to spend some time talking to Emma Clegg of The Bath Magazine & The Bristol Magazine about the topic of the moment in the jewellery industry: laboratory-grown vs natural diamonds.

Not only that, but in Bath Magazine we were delighted to see diamonds gracing the front cover!

The laboratory-grown diamond industry has been brought to the front of even more minds than usual in the last week, with an investment being made on popular TV show Dragon’s Den in a company specialising in sale of these stones, making the considerations Nicholas discusses in the article more relevant and worth reading than ever.

“Responsible jewellers and retailers like us are not shying away from having laboratory-grown stones on the market, but we do all have a responsibility as retailers to test every stone to check if it is natural or laboratory-grown, and to tell the truth about its origins and the processes involved in the creation of the diamonds.”
