A jeweller from Brest in Belarus has made a white and rose gold ring, weighing just 0.01g set with a 0.002ct diamond measuring 0.9mm, that he believes is the smallest diamond ring in the world! The groom-to-be must have been on one hell of a budget. Fifteen years ago he also made a gold ring that could pass through the eye of a needle, but the goldsmith sneezed and lost it. Let’s hope that doesn’t happen again, as this piece just broke the India Book of Records!
