Nicholas Wylde is recognised to be one of the leading designer jewellers in the Southwest specialising in delivering stunning individual pieces of jewellery and providing a highly reputable standard of service.
Due to restructuring and planning the future growth of the company, we are looking for full-time Stock Controller Assistant and Administrator to join our talented team at our award-winning store in Bath. The candidate must have good knowledge of the jewellery trade, excel and data input experience, be well organised, a good communicator and analytical person.
The Stock Assistant’s role would involve managing the stock system, entering all new stock into head office, and distributing to our two stores. Quality control of all new stock and communicating with the suppliers will be undertaken where needed, as well as creating and analysing daily and weekly reports to assist the business managers in maintaining the correct levels of stock. The admin role would involve supporting the Bath store on post, valuations, photography and working with the head office team to deliver the best service to both stores.
The role is 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30pm. 40 hrs a week.
20 days holiday, plus all bank holidays.
The ideal candidate would show passion for the jewellery trade, drive to maintain the stock-keeping system to a high standard and bring forward ideas to help deliver the role at its full potential.
