If It's October It Must Be Opals!
Fire, lightning and all the colours of the rainbow are reflected in the opulence of fine Opals.
“I get excited when I see fine examples of this stunning gem and if Opals are one of your favourite gems why not join me at our Bristol Opal Event.” says Nicholas
Bath events are now fully booked but there is still some availability in Bristol, so book soon if you want to attend.
There will be two events organised each day – an afternoon one that runs from 3pm to 5pm and an early evening one from 7pm to 9pm. These events include a cutting and polishing demonstration with small groups coming together for personal Q&A sessions along with refreshments.
For lovers of Opals, these events are certainly not to be missed! To book your place call Bristol on 0117 974 3582.
We look forward to seeing all of you who are booking in for the events.

Pearl Anniversary Surprise
"Getting ready for our Pearl Anniversary dinner, I was putting on my Emerald jewellery and asked John to do the clasp on my bracelet. I wondered for a moment why he seemed pre-occupied, replying ‘in a moment’. He left the room, leaving me holding my wrist waiting for him to close the clasp. John then re-appeared and presented me with a large blue Nicholas Wylde bag containing three gift wrapped jewellery boxes ...... I was quite astonished! Inside the boxes each beautiful piece was so exquisite and uniquely designed. They were an absolute joy to wear that evening."
John then said "You have the earth, moon and stars" (Blue Sapphire, Pearl and Diamonds).

Under the Loupe

"October's child is born for woe,
And life's vicissitudes must know,
But lay an opal on her breast,
And hope will lull those woes to rest."
Did you know that no two opals are ever the same and are as individual as finger prints or snowflakes. No matter which Opal you have, you have a truly unique piece.
