Nicholas Wylde Returns Policy Internet purchase
We want your purchase on the internet from Nicholas Wylde to be 100% to your satisfaction. If not entirely satisfied we are here to help sort anything out for you. Please contact our customer service on 01225462826 to discuss or alternatively email internetsales@nicholaswylde.com quoting your name, address and order reference.
If notified of an issue up to 30 days from receipt of your item, we will always offer an exchange or replacement to ensure your complete satisfaction.
However, if you notify us within 14 days of receiving an item that you would prefer to cancel, then providing you return the item, together with our completed return form, within 14 days of this cancellation notification, you will receive a full refund. Please allow 10 working days from us receiving the goods back to refund the item. All refunds will be made the same way the item was purchased and only to the purchaser.
Whether for exchange, replacement or refund any item returned must be in as new condition using a signed for (at our end to confirm receipt), fully insured and proof of postage service. Alternatively, you can personally return the item by appointment with a member of the management team into one of our shops.
We cannot accept returns of items that have been engraved or personalised.
Click and collect
If you collect your item from either of the shops you must inspect the item of jewellery to make sure you are happy with what you have purchased. If you wish to return it within 30 days you will be entitled to an exchange or gift voucher if you are not 100% satisfied with the item of jewellery, providing the item is returned in as new condition.
