It was an amazing night and a triumphant Wylde win at the very first Bristol Life Awards where we were awarded ‘Best Retailer’ for the whole of the city of Bristol, beating off worthy competition and emerging as the proud winner!
The awards took place on April 27, held in a massive; uberglam marquee in Lloyds Amphitheatre in Bristol, gathering together some of the best business and creative minds the city has to offer – all vying for that grand accolade at the awards ceremony.
We were proud as punch to receive the award in the Retailer Category, recognising the achievements of our Clifton shop and the dedicated work of all our staff there who have worked tirelessly in the seven years the store has been open, to ensure the ‘Wylde Effect’ flourishes and becomes an integral part of the vibrant city of Bristol.
Nicholas gratefully accepted the award, along with Bristol shop manager, Brano and assistant manager Shetal, commenting that it was a ‘fantastic tribute in this our 30th anniversary year’ and promising that ‘the best is still to come’.
Nicholas thanked his hard-working team Brano, Shetal, Janet, Lynne and Giovanna for providing an outstanding service and building over the 7 years an excellent reputation, mirroring the many awards (including ‘Best Retailer in the UK’) the Bath store has garnered over the years.
