All items for sale under the ‘WYLDE WINTER WEEKEND’ promotion are offered at retail less 15%. Exchange can be within 30 days for credit note. There are no refunds offered and no further discounts will apply. Your five year guarantee applies to all ‘WYLDE WINTER WEEKEND’ offers.
The discount applies to in-stock items only. The offer excludes pre-owned items, bespoke items, repairs, cleaning or other services.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts
No interest-free credit, LMG payments or other direct insurance payments.
Payment must be made in full at time of purchase. No ‘WYLDE WINTER WEEKEND’ item can be put aside for any length of time and no deposits can be made.
The offers have a set amount of time at discounted price and will return to full price after that time has elapsed. These offers are only available from 27th November to 30th November.
Ring sizes can be readjusted to three sizes up or down, free of charge.
No alternative item can be made or obtained to replicate the original item and offered at the same discounted price.
BRISTOL 15TH ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY
Any new transaction made in the Bristol store between 12th – 26th June will qualify to randomly draw a prize from an allocated container. The customer will be invited to do this just before their purchase goes through the till, as they will potentially have the chance to win 15% off whatever they’re spending that day.

WEDDING RING COMPETITION
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. The Promoter: Nicholas Wylde Goldsmith Ltd, registered company number 02490786.
2. Eligibility: This prize promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of The Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
3. The winners must be available to attend a design appointment in-person in either our Bath or Clifton stores.
4. The winners must agree to take part in and co-operate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of your names, photographs and any comments in such publicity without any fee being payable. You agree to photography and footage being taken at your design appointment, of your wedding rings being made and once completed. You also agree to provide us with imagery from your wedding day wearing your rings, to complete the story we are telling.
5. The competition will be open until Sunday 20th April; any entries received after this date will be discounted.

7. Only one entry per couple. All additional entries will be disqualified.
8. Any entries that the Promoter consider (in our absolute discretion) to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal racist, copied, offensive, cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights or copyright of others will be immediately disqualified.
9. No third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple email accounts, multiple reproduced or computer-generated entries, using multiple identities, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.
Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatsoever reason.
10. Prize: The prize is for a pair of bespoke wedding rings, designed and made by Wylde Jewellers. The prize covers the cost up to £2,000 in total for the pair of rings and we will work to this budget. If the chosen design extends beyond this budget at the request of the winning couple, the winning couple will need to cover the difference in price.
11. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen by Nicholas Wylde, taking into account wedding details, the couples’ personal stories and ideas they may have regarding the potential design of their rings and the viability of completing these.
12. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified by email via the account provided at point of entry within 10 days of the closing date and will have 10 days from notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and will award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.
13. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the prize promotion and acceptance of the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
14. General: Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
15. Prizes must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be resold.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify winners and ask for proof of identity, age and address and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
17. By entering the Promotion, each entrant grants the Promoter a world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty free and sub-licensable right and licence to use reproduce, modify, adapt, publish or display (in whole or in part) any intellectual property contained in the content of their entry, without royalty, payment or other compensation. Each Entrant agrees not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use and warrants that they have full authority to grant such rights.
18. The name and county of the winners can be obtained by sending an email, 28 days after the prize promotion closing date, to brand.manager@nicholaswylde.com.
19. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
20. Entry into the Promotion is at the entrant’s sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor Supplier accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or accepting a prize. The Promoter and Supplier further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this Promotion save that nothing in these terms and conditions shall act to limit or exclude the Promoter and Supplier’s liability resulting from its negligence or fraud.
21. If for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
22. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which are beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
23. In the unfortunate circumstances that the wedding of the winning couple is permanently cancelled for any reason, the prize will be withdrawn.
23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.
24. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
25. The Promoter and the Supplier reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
26. The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
27. The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
28. Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions unless the entrant has opted in to future marketing from the Promoter and/or the Supplier. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion and winners consent to give their name and county for the winners’ list.
WEDDING FAYRE DISCOUNT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
USING YOUR WEDDING FAYRE DISCOUNT VOUCHER
1.1 These terms and conditions (together with any relevant and referenced documents, including the Website terms of use) set out the terms relating to the redemption of Promotional Discount Voucher. The details of the promotional discount will be set out in the description of the specific promotion and the specific terms and conditions for the Wedding Fayre Discount Voucher. Please note that our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed using the Discount Voucher and the Website terms of use for using our site also apply.
1.2 By confirming your order using the Wedding Fayre Discount Voucher, you are accepting these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before confirming your order. If you have any queries on these terms, please contact us before ordering using a Discount Voucher.
1.3 We recommend that you print a copy of these terms and conditions for your future reference.
2. TERMS RELATING TO THE REDEMPTION OF DISCOUNT VOUCHER
2.1 How to redeem your Wedding Fayre Discount Voucher – You must present either the hardcopy flyer you were handed at the Wedding Fayre, or a printout of the email you received including the voucher following email sign-up at the event.
2.2 The Wedding Fayre Discount Voucher offers a total of £100 discount for an order of two new wedding rings (£50 for each member of the couple) at the same time. If only one ring is purchased, £50 discount will be applied.
2.3 A minimum spend of £300 per ring applies.
2.4 The Wedding Fayre Discount Voucher cannot be applied to purchases of pre-owned rings.
2.5 Only one Wedding Fayre Discount Voucher can be used per order, and each voucher can only be used once.
2.6 The Wedding Fayre Discount Vouchers have no cash redemption value.
2.7 Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed using Wedding Fayre Discount Vouchers and the Website terms of use for using our site also apply.
2.8 We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the Wedding Fayre Discount Voucher scheme at any time.
3. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1 We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions of sale to reflect changes affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws, and regulatory requirements and changes in our site’s capabilities.
3.2 You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions of sale at the time that you use your Wedding Fayre Discount Voucher, unless any change to those policies or these terms is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).
Manufacturers’ Five Year Guarantee
This guarantee is the foundation for a long lasting relationship with you, our customer. (We recommend that you bring your jewellery in at least once a year to be checked for signs of any wear and tear; so we can pre-empt any future problem occurring.)
All jewellery bought from Nicholas Wylde (not including pre-owned) carries a five year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Our jewellery is warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which it is designed under fair wear and tear. Our liability under this warranty will be limited to firstly repairing the item free of charge and if this is not possible, a replacement of the item of jewellery. Please be advised that our guarantee DOES NOT cover accidental damage, incidental damage, normal wear and tear, theft, accidental loss, or any damage that our manufacturing professionals deem is not due to craftsmanship related issues. If the piece has been altered in any way, our warranty no longer covers the item unless the alterations have been completed by Nicholas Wylde.
The five year warranty only covers the original owner of the piece and is not transferable.
Pre-owned Jewellery Guarantee
All pre-owned jewellery brought from Nicholas Wylde carries a 12 month guarantee. Please be advised that this guarantee DOES NOT cover accidental damage, incidental damage, further normal wear and tear, theft or accidental loss. If there is a problem with an item, we will carry out a free repair and then offer a further one year repair guarantee. See below for terms set out under our repair guarantee. The pre-owned jewellery guarantee only covers the original owner of the piece and is not transferable.
Repair Guarantee
Caring for your jewellery
To help keep your jewellery in excellent condition we recommend that you have items cleaned by us (at least once a year). This will allow us to check for signs of wear and tear or any damage, and give advice should a repair be required so that more serious consequences can be avoided.
Using our repair service will ensure your jewellery is in safe hands and being cared for by our exceptional team of skilled craftsmen.
All our jewellery repairs are accompanied by a 12 month guarantee. Unless it has been agreed with the customer to carry out repair work on the understanding that no guarantee can be given after we have carried out the repair work.
The repair guarantee covers only the repair carried out on the item of jewellery as described on the receipt when taken in. Please be advised that this guarantee DOES NOT cover anything adjacent to the repair unless our manufacturing professionals deem it is due to craftsmanship related issues. If the item has been worked on other than by Nicholas Wylde over the 12 months, the guarantee becomes void.
The repair guarantee only covers the original owner of the piece and is not transferable.
Exchange, Credit note and Refunds*
On purchasing an item of jewellery from Nicholas Wylde and if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase showing no evidence of wear or tear, we will offer a full exchange or gift voucher/credit note for the full amount which will have no expiry date. We DO NOT offer a refund unless the item is deemed unfit to wear through a manufacturing fault or an item cannot be repaired.
*We do not offer an exchange, credit note or refund on any pre-owned items of jewellery.
Deposits
All deposits that are placed with Nicholas Wylde are non-refundable. A deposit can be transferred to another item of jewellery or exchanged for a gift voucher that will have no expiry date.
Lifetime free cleaning
Any item purchased from Nicholas Wylde comes with a free lifetime cleaning service. We recommend you bring the item in (at least once a year) so we can make it gleam and sparkle as if new. This also allows us to check over the item for you. This service can normally be carried out while you wait or within an hour.
Valuation Service
Any item purchased from Nicholas Wylde over £2,500 comes with a free valuation which includes a detailed description and photograph.
We offer a 25% discount off our normal valuation charge to revalue items purchased from us. We recommend revaluing items every three years and to carry out a revaluation, an item will need to be examined and supported by a copy of the last valuation.
Christmas purchases
If an piece of jewellery is purchased or commissioned between October 24th to December 25th and paid in full, providing the piece is brought back to us within 30 days, in the condition in which it was sold, we can exchange it or offer a gift voucher for the value, which has no time limit. We regret we cannot provide refunds unless the item is deemed unfit to wear through a manufacturing fault or an item cannot be repaired.
*We do not offer an exchange, credit note or refund on any pre-owned items of jewellery.
At Nicholas Wylde we strive to give the best possible service and we would prefer any client to come and talk to us if they have any issue with a product or service from Nicholas Wylde. We suggest booking an appointment with the shop manager should a problem arise.
