A wonderful couple got engaged in the most adorable way recently. We love to hear about all our client’s unique proposals, and this writer especially loves the ones that involve baby animals! Rosanna let us get in touch following the collection of her engagement ring to hear more about what led her and her fiancé to their penultimate moment:
“Jaymes and I met 5 years ago at Loughborough University. For Christmas last year (December 2018) Jaymes got me tickets to Pennywell Farm, who specialise in rearing micro-pigs which have always been my absolute favourite animal and everyone who knows me, knows my love for pigs!!
On Wednesday 6th March, Jaymes and I went to the farm in Buckfastleigh, Devon; we’d been there for a couple of hours and then were taken into a side room where they kept the babies and I was handed a piglet! The piglet I was holding had a ribbon attached which held a small scroll of paper which said ‘Rosanna, Jaymes has something he wants to ask you…’ and then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.
I cried with happiness and obviously said yes! The piglet Jaymes was holding had a little red box with a ‘temporary’ ring in and we then came to Bath for a few days and found Nicholas Wylde and fell in love with a gorgeous 18ct rose gold ring. We just want to thank everyone at Nicholas Wylde for being so attentive and making it the perfect ring choosing experience.”
It was a delight to host this beautiful couple in our Bath store’s lounge, their smiles said it all. The entire Wylde Team wish them the most wonderful of forevers together.
