An 18ct white gold 0.48ct ruby ring with two 0.05ct brilliant cut diamonds to either side. This ring’s cup-like rubover settings, visible from the side, create a gorgeous contemporary design with echoes of the classic. A beautiful piece of work.

Often used as an engagement ring, the trilogy ring consists of three stones, each carrying its own symbolic meaning. Typically, the largest stone in the centre represents the present, while the two smaller stones on either side symbolise the past and the future.

The ‘past’ stone is often associated with the memories and experiences that have shaped the couple’s journey to the present moment. Choosing the correct ring size is very important. If your ring does not fit properly it is like wearing the wrong size shoes: uncomfortable and increases the chance of you losing your ring.

At Wylde Jewellers, we train all of our staff to recommend the best fit for the style of ring. The best fit can depend on so many factors, including if you prefer a tight or loose fit.
